2. การแชร์ข้อมูล

เราแชร์ข้อมูลกับบุคคลที่สามเฉพาะกรณีต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น

Google Translate (gtx endpoint) — ข้อความใน case chat ถูกส่งไปยัง Google Translate API เพื่อแปลอัตโนมัติเป็น ไทย/อังกฤษ/จีน ก่อนเก็บเข้าฐานข้อมูล. วัตถุประสงค์: รองรับการสื่อสารหลายภาษาในทีม

เราไม่: ขายข้อมูล, ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อโฆษณา, แชร์กับ analytics SDK, หรือส่งให้พาร์ทเนอร์ทางการตลาด

3. การรักษาความปลอดภัย

การสื่อสารทั้งหมดเข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS / TLS
รหัสผ่านเก็บแบบ bcrypt hash (ไม่เก็บ plaintext)
การเข้าถึงข้อมูลตามสิทธิ์ผู้ใช้ (RBAC) — ผู้ปฏิบัติงานเห็นเฉพาะงานของตัวเอง, ผู้จัดการเห็นทั้งทีม
ระบบ audit log บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลทุกครั้ง

4. การเก็บรักษาและการลบข้อมูล

ข้อมูลของคุณจะถูกเก็บไว้ตราบเท่าที่บัญชียัง active. หากต้องการลบบัญชี ดูขั้นตอนที่นี่

ข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ + รูป + push token: ลบทันทีเมื่อคำขอได้รับการดำเนินการ (~30 วัน)
Audit log: เก็บไว้ 90 วันแล้วถูก anonymize (เปลี่ยนชื่อผู้ทำเป็น "อดีตผู้ใช้") — จำเป็นตามมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบของอาคาร
Task records: คงไว้ในระบบโดยไม่ระบุชื่อ เพื่อให้ทีมและผู้จัดการอาคารใช้งานต่อ

2. Data Sharing

We share data with third parties only in the following case:

Google Translate (gtx endpoint) — Case chat messages are sent to the Google Translate API to be auto-translated to TH/EN/ZH before being stored. Purpose: support multilingual team communication.

We do NOT: sell data, use data for advertising, share with analytics SDKs, or pass data to marketing partners.

3. Security

All communication is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS
Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes (never plaintext)
Role-based access control (RBAC) — workers see only their own tasks; managers see their full team
Audit log records every data-mutating action

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained as long as the account is active. To delete your account, see the account deletion page.

Profile + photos + push token: deleted on request fulfillment (~30 days)
Audit log: kept for 90 days then anonymized (actor name replaced with "former user") — required by building audit standards
Task records: retained in the system without identifying the actor, so the team and building manager can keep using them

Object to processing in certain cases
